Peter Kondich was admitted as a solicitor in 2011 and has been a barrister since 2013. He is admitted to practice in every jurisdiction in Australia including the High Court.
He regularly appears at all levels of the NSW Court hierarchy including: the Local Court of NSW, the Coroners Court, the District Court of NSW, the Supreme Court of NSW and the Court of Criminal Appeal. Mr. Kondich also commonly appears in the various States and Territories of Australia.
During his time as a barrister, Mr. Kondich has appeared in a wide range of complex and sensitive matters including: contested hearings, bail applications, jury trials, judge alone trials, interlocutory applications, appeals (including matters in relation to conviction and severity), commissions of inquiry, coronial inquests, and sentence proceedings.
At any one time Mr. Kondich holds a variety of diverse briefs relating to offences such as murder, manslaughter, the supply of and manufacture of prohibited drugs, possession and supply of firearms, various white collar offences, sexual assault, drive manner dangerous, other serious driving offences, and proceeds of crime.
