Rick Rabbah is a very smart an intelligent if you are in need of a lawyer I highly suggest Rick Rabbah because he one of the lawyers that fight for you and will get you the best results possible he isn't money hungry like the rest hes priority is what actually happens to you.I have gone through quite a few lawyers in my past and have never had a better lawyers in him I have paid more in the past with other lawyers than they were no where near as good as him Rick Rabbah looked after a few of my matters and on all of them he kept me out of jail on a few occasions I got to court and he already had my case sort of out for me we've charges withdrawn I have no idea how he managed to do this he will definitely get you the best result possible. I am so glad I found Cassie Sten and her team at George Sten & Co ( A family owned and operated legal firm).From the first interaction- Cassie provided an overview and sound advice of what was going to happen next. I knew, i was in excellent hands💯 Not knowing the law and what to do - my whanau ( family) relative was at parklea on remand - for two matters.Beware when dealing with parklea prison - try and get Cassie from the beginning.Because my relative did not understand the law, limited schooling, he had already entered a plea. Consequently, a technique they use at parklea and potentially most prisons is to deny you legal aid.Hint: It is always good to remain silent until you have spoken to a good lawyer.Because the matter was already in the hands of legal aid ( ALS - My nephew is Maaori- I don't know why he was using the limited resources of the ALS?). We were unable to get my relative off without a criminal conviction.However, we were able to get him out of Parklea and out on parole engaged with the Department of Community Corrections. The family has initiated a greater response and support network for my relative.Note; costs around ($278 per day-community corrections, compared to $2,000 and more per day at Parklea).
